I am entering a pie contest in a couple of weeks. Thought I would try my hand at a little something different:

Blueberry, cherry, peach, goat cheese pie.

As you can see I added a bit of fresh mint on top. 

This is the inside. After a few tastings, it was decided that the goat cheese should be sprinkled throughout and not layered on the bottom. 

Aside from that - a very successful pie! I look forward to tweaking it more for the contest.
